Administrative: Led and developed the education department implementing a restructuring in its curriculum focusing on bridging the gap between academic and professional theatre practices for young artists. Administered enrollment for classes registering over 750 students every season providing class advising on a one-on-one basis over the course of three different three-week sessions from June through August. Coordinated and managed the scheduling of over 350 classes, teaching artist assignments, and classroom instructional methods for each summer season.

Teaching: Instructed youth from diverse backgrounds and ethnic populations through in-school residencies in Pittsburgh Public Schools. These residencies combined theatre techniques, improvisational scene work, devised theatre, and creative exercises to examine themes in the plays in the current season at Quantum Theatre with students.
